Welcome to Quran & Mind: Where Faith Meets Psychology
Bismillah (in the name of Allah)
I’ve always believed that the mind and soul are deeply connected, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to understanding why we think, feel, and behave the way we do. That curiosity led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and now, as a graduate student in Education, I continue to explore the ways knowledge, faith, and mental well-being shape our lives. But this page? This is more than just my academic background—it’s my personal journey.
Why I Started This Blog
There was a time when I searched for answers—about life, about struggle, about inner peace. And no matter how many books I read, theories I studied, or conversations I had, I kept finding myself coming back to the Quran. Because within its verses, I didn’t just find rules—I found healing.I realized that psychology and spirituality aren’t separate; they are interwoven. Islam acknowledges emotions, mental struggles, and the complexities of the human experience. And yet, many of us don’t know how to apply the Quran’s wisdom to our daily mental and emotional battles. So, this blog was born.
